President Monroe and President Tyler are buried no more then about five yards apart from each other. President Monroe is buried under what I like to call a "Bird Cage". Since that is almost what it looks like. The city of Richmond, Va can be very hard to get around if you don't have a map or know how the exits work. I missed the exit for the cemetery since I had to go on to another street to get on to the street for the cemetery. You can see a nice view of the city from the cemetery, since the cemetery sits on top of a hill and is in the older part of the city. In the picture you can see President Tyler's grave in the background. His is the real tall one.

This Is James Monroe Tomb With Where He Was Born And Where He Died.
