John Adam's Grave

Finding the Adams graves isn't really that hard. The church that they are in, is not part of the National Park Service. It is a separate tour and will cost extra. Parking can be a real pain. You have to park on the street or I know that there is a parking garage that you can use. The church is very interesting. All the windows are the original windows. When John Adams died, John Quincy wanted his parents buried in the church. When John Quincy Adams died, his son wanted him buried next to his parents. In order to do this, part of a wall had to be knocked out to fit all of the coffins. The flag that is on John Adams grave, was the way the flag looked while he was President. There is much not head room in the crypt and the door way leading to the crypt.
